Housing for Current Foster Youth

- Bay Area Youth Centers (BAYC) will host an orientation to their RAFA Transitional Housing Placement Program on Saturday, March 20th, at 1:00, at 22245 Main Street, Suite 200, Hayward. Fred Finch Transitions Program Has Openings

- Fred Finch Youth Center's Transitions Program is increasing capacity and will have openings very soon. The program provides mobile mental health services for youth and young adults, ages 15.5-21. The Transitions Program provides individualized mental health services and clinical case management to youth transitioning into adulthood.
