FY 2010-11 THP-Plus Annual Report Released

- On Monday, October 10, the John Burton Foundation released the THP-Plus Annual Report for fiscal year 2010-11. The report chronicles the progress of the 2,209 former foster and probation youth who received housing and supportive services in THP-Plus programs around the state. Among the most significant findings are that "despite a difficult economy, youth in THP-Plus made measurable gains in their monthly income between entrance and exit."
