City of Berkeley RFP for TAY Services

- The City of Berkeley has released an RFP for MHSA funded Transition Age Youth services. FY 2010-11 THP-Plus Annual Report Released

- On Monday, October 10, the John Burton Foundation released the THP-Plus Annual Report for fiscal year 2010-11. The report chronicles the progress of the 2,209 former foster and probation youth who received housing and supportive services in THP-Plus programs around the state. - The National Law Center on Homelessness and Poverty on 1/26/11 released On The Edge, a report indicating that the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)'s Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program (HPRP) does not meet the increasing need.
