August 10, 2011 - The State Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) has released a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) and Application for the 2011 Federal Emergency Shelter Grant Program. Applicants can apply for one year of funding of up to $132,000 for operations or services funding for emergency shelters and transitional housing or for homelessness prevention programs in specified cities and counties within California.
