March 16, 2011 - Tomorrow is our special training with Gabriel Kram, guru of Applied Mindfulness, on Deepening Self-Care and Restorative Practices. Being held at Seneca Center's Chabot Street Training Center (6925 Chabot Road, Oakland) from 1-5 PM tomorrow, March 17, this training will take people deep into cultivating the relaxation response and explores building habits around restorative practices for wellbeing.
