Young Mothers Support Group

- The Transitions Program at FYA Member Fred Finch has announced a Young Mothers Support Group, starting March 31st. The group will run for 8 weeks, and will be held at 675 Hegenberger Road, Oakland. Transitions Program Has Openings

- Fred Finch Youth Center’s Transitions Program provides mobile mental health services for youth and young adults, ages 15.5-21. The Transitions Program provides individualized mental health services and clinical case management to youth transitioning into adulthood. The services can begin prior to the youth leaving foster, residential, or family care and can continue until age 21.
