October 10, 2011 - In the past few days, Governor Jerry Brown signed several bills enhancing the rights of LGBTQ Californians, including bills enhancing bullying and discrimination protections, easing the process of obtaining an accurate birth certificate, and closing a number of loopholes regarding domestic partnerships.
