May 31, 2012 - On Friday, May 25, AB 1712, the second AB12 "cleanup bill" passed out of the Assembly Appropriations Committee. Among many technical changes, AB1712 would close the gap for what the press has been calling "bubble kids" - those who face interruptions in their eligibility due to the AB12's three year phase in.
