June 07, 2012 - Also related to AB1712 - in the past month or so there was a slew of coverage about an unintended consequence of the phased in implementation of AB12 - namely, the so called "bubble kid" phenomenon, which could interrupt services for youth who turn 19 in 2012 and 20 in 2013. May 31, 2012 - On Friday, May 25, AB 1712, the second AB12 "cleanup bill" passed out of the Assembly Appropriations Committee.
