Education, Training, and Technical Assistance on Disability Civil Rights: Offered to persons with disabilities, lawyers, service providers and policy makers.


Law and Policy Reform: Informs Congress on the need for the laws and regulations that protect the civil rights of people with disabilities.


Litigation: Represents clients, serves as co-counsel, and files amicus briefs in the appellate courts and the U.S. Supreme Court.

About The Disability Rights Education and Defense Fund

Founded in 1979 by an alliance of adults with disabilities and parents of children with disabilities, DREDF serves as a leading national law and policy center in disability civil rights.
