The bipartisan Congressional Caucus on Foster Youth launched a national listening tour in Los Angeles last week. Thanks to those who participated and made this event a success. Congressmembers Karen Bass (D-Calif.) and Tom Marino (R-Penn.) joined other Members of Congress in several events to gain a better understanding of the current state of foster care throughout the nation.
