Victory Outreach Oakland is planning a candlelight vigil themed "
Hear The Cry II: Exposing Human Trafficking and Prostitution." On April 6th, from 5 to 7 PM, Victory Outreach will unite community members, service providers and survivors on the steps of Oakland city hall. The event will draw attention to sexual exploitation and trafficking in Oakland, and is part of the kickoff of Victory's 2012 Campaign "I Love My City." The organizers are looking for co-sponsors for the event, as well as in-kind donations.
