New America Media is seeking a
Youth Policy Coordinator. Ideal candidate is an organizer with the skills and interest to collaborate with high level policy makers and transition-aged youth to improve public dialogue about reform and improvement of systems that serve and impact youth, primarily the public education system, foster care and juvenile probation. New America Media (NAM) was founded as Pacific News Service, an alternative news service for mainstream newspapers, in 1969 and has evolved into a multi-media organization dedicated to bringing the least heard voices and ideas into the public forum.
