February 07, 2012 - The Cal Grants program can provide upwards of $12,000 to help California high school seniors pay for college. Youth with a minimum GPA of 2.0 are eligible to apply, and the deadline is coming up - March 2. Free information sessions are held throughout Alameda County between now and then. They'll be at San Leandro High and Kennedy High in Richmond on February 16, and Chabot College and CSUEB on February 25. For a full list of upcoming sessions, click here.
