Department: Youth and Family Transitional Services
Status: Full Time; 40 hours/week; medical, dental, vision; vacation benefits.
REQUIREMENTS: Youth and Family Enrichment Services (YFES) is seeking a creative, dedicated, innovative and energetic Program Manger to work with a diverse population of former foster youth, coordinating case management and supportive services in our strength-based transitional living programs. Position includes program oversight and development, supervision of overnight and case management staff, and clinical supervision of interns. Applicant must be able to work with staff to meet program metrics, collaborate with multiple partners, monitor financials, provide on-call back up, and successfully transition participants.
Salary: $ 55k – $65k DOE
