Toward a Brighter Future 2012: A Celebration of Community Heroes

Please join the Foster Youth Alliance on May 29th for a celebration of Community Heroes!

Last year we honored a number of young leaders and advocates who came up in foster care and as adults have chosen to stay in the game and fight for a Brighter Future for those who will come up behind them. This year we asked last year’s recipients to pick someone who supported them on their path to success. We’ll also honor a group of young leaders who weren’t with us last year – new members of Alameda County’s Youth Advocate Program.

We couldn’t think of a better way to recognize National Foster Care Month than to celebrate these extraordinary heroes. Join us!
