La Salsa Fresh Mexican Grill is looking for General Managers, Supervisors, Crew Members, Cooks and Maintenance personnel to join their teams around the Bay Area, including Union City, Milpitas, Mtn. View, San Leandro, Oakland, Dublin, and San Bruno.

General Requirements for Managers & Supervisors: Outgoing, hands-on individuals with strong and restaurant and customer services experience. Must be able to handle a fast-paced work environment. At least 2 years of restaurant and/or fast food management experience. Clean and professional appearance, with good communication skills. Upbeat, friendly, positive, and willing to help out in all areas of the restaurant. -Able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Follow a budgeted structure based on cost management. Must have a proven record of developing higher sales

-Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to lift, push, pull and move between 25-50 pounds. Preferred experience/abilities include: Basic computer skills, Word & Excel knowledge, basic email maintenance, ordering, and scheduling experience.

Requirements for Cooks and Crew member/ Cashiers: Previous restaurant experience, Good Customer Service and willing to work various shifts.
